Amy Kiel Photography : bio picture

My name is Amy & I love what I do. I love everything about weddings. But mostly, it's the love that I love. Love is wonderful.

I spend way too much time on Etsy. If I could, I'd buy my entire Favorites List. Right now.

I love antique shopping & then stopping at Michael's for some spray paint. Making old things new is the best.

I have 2 kitties. Samantha & Akeelah. They rule. Literally.

Summer is my favorite season and winter just plain sucks.

I love my 4x5 camera and will never sell it.

Tilt Shift Lens :: Featuring Charlene & Nick

If I don’t say so myself: Yum. The light with Charlene & Nick was so scrumptious. I was so thankful that Sabra Hall had me on board to help with this wedding last week. C & N booked plenty of time for a nice healthy portrait session of just the two of them before the...

I just adore Nicole & Narith. Here’s a quick glimpse of their engagement session that literally parted the clouds on a not-so-inviting Sunday afternoon. I can’t believe I haven’t shot at Discovery Park until now. We only explored about 1/8th of the park and what we did find was simply amazing. Congrats on your engagement...

Clare & Pat :: An April Auburn Wedding

Clare & Pat had an action-packed, fast-paced wedding that kept my second shooter, Sabra Hall and I on our toes. Happy Easter, Everyone! Billy and I are getting ready to head to an early Easter dinner with this family and while we relax at home, I’m munching on a few Cadbury eggs as I start the Part II blog of Chad & Mabely’s wedding. I adore Larson’s Blueberry farm. I’m putting a bridal fashion shoot on...

Chad & Mabely :: 3.20.10 :: Part I

Through out all of last week, the great PNW has been dumping rain on the land; how blessed were Mabely & Chad on their 3.20.10 wedding day?!? It was so warm, I dressed myself in a light summer dress; very uncharacteristic attire for a Seattle March afternoon. I love this family so much. Everyone was...

Clare & Pat’s day is coming up on April 17th. I love this couple. They are getting hitched and they totally belong together! It’s been a popular request lately, but Union Station & the Museum of Glass are becoming a few of my favorite venues to photograph couples at. Enjoy this selection of images of...
